IZ2100.EXE
This file is the file that will upgrade a model 2819 modem from K56-FLEX to V.90. The
v.90 wizard will not complete unless the modem has been upgraded to K56-FLEX firmware
This is a self extracting compressed file. The file must be place in a separate folder,
(preferably a new one), and expanded. The compressed file will produce a number of other
files that the user shouldn't really be concerned with. The file that you'd want to work
with is the Flashcom.exe 
Once the FlashCom.exe program has started the COMPUTER CAN NOT BE RESET IN ANY WAY!!!
If the computer is reset, or anything else interrupts the Flashcom.exe program, the modem may be severely damage. The only way to repair the modem would be to send the user a new EPROM chip, or a Return Authorization.
The IZ2100ac.exe file is for Comstar modems only.� If your modem does not have speaker and microphone jacks, this is not the file you are looking for.� This file should never be used on a Lucent� modem.
The 2100ad.exe file is for Rockwell Dual Mode Modems that have an older firmware
revision.(V2.057D, or V2.081). This file should be used with the Model 2919. Never use
this file on a Lucent based modem. This file should not execute, but in the event that it
does, your modem will be corrupted.
