This file is the last KFLEX firmware upgrade available for the model 2819. This program also allows the v.90 wizard to complete.

This is a self extracting compressed file. The file must be place in a separate folder, (preferably a new one), and expanded. The compressed file will produce a number of other files that you shouldn't really be concerned with. The file that you'd want to work with is the FlashCom.exe

Once the FlashCom.exe program has started the COMPUTER CAN NOT BE RESET IN ANY WAY!!!

If the computer is reset, or anything else interrupts the Flashcom.exe program, the modem may be severely damage. The only way to repair the modem would be to call Zoom's Technical Support Department to obtain a Return Authorization.
