This should help you connect at 28800-33600 lines.

what you need to do is go into the my computer icon and then the dial up networking.
after that click with the right mouse buton on you internet conection and chose propperties. 
on the general tab click on configure. goto conection and click on advanced.
at that page were it sais extra setings is where you would inset the diferent init strings. only 
use one at a time. try each one to see which gives you the highest connection.
